cool

nice loop, sounds a bit like fatboy slim. not much else to say. good for a movie probably

Old-Style-Clock responds:

thanks man check out the others please..

new wave indeed

this was really loud. and another thing, i was unsure what the hell new wave is. but uh, sure, this is new wave. This reminded me of atom and his package but without the ridiculous keyboard preset beats and punk rock sound. basically, the ridiculous rapping and beatboxing was entertaining, keep it up you two, but seriously, you guys have some creepy ass voices, if i was a girl i would be crying by now.hahah, awesome

definitely misc.

first off, let me just say that your profile quoute is like my whole life in a sentence, people really love to let me know when i screw up.

but as to this song,i think this was perfect for the miscellaneous genre, it was like a classical peice, but also could be from a video game, and then the bass sounded like it was going to techno. but no, it stuck with the very melodic and gloomy yet inspiring music. very awesome and you might look into doing old rpg soundtracks..;)

Bad-Atom responds:

Thanks for the review!

I often find it very hard to classify a lot of my music. It doesn't always fit into a single genre. (Thank goodness for Miscellaneous!)

Damn,

that heavy filtered synth was badass with the funky beat. the middle was a little odd, but i see what you were trying to do, and i know how hard it is do filter solos and shit so props to you for giving it your all. as i said before, before, explosions of badassness. keep on loopin!

apimusic responds:

Thanks.

oh damn!

the beat in the beginning! fucking brilliant (as is cremaster) but that's entirely different. this beat was amazing, it was more like a tribal drum and bass than ambient. but very well made and definteƶy stands out from the average slop here on Newgrounds. keep it up, this rocks!

Apoplexia responds:

thank you so much for this support! :) i really appreciate it! thi song actually never developed beyond what is on NG, but i might look into it and develop it further...too bad my tabla skins are scrapped (and the student life-style is not overflowing with money)...the final version will be much better:)

whoa!

okay if you made this from just listening, HOLY SHIT!! either make a career out of it or stop playing so much mega man.

if you did not as you said, write this completely from ear, which is much more plausible, then, whatever. it still sounds cool.
I love those arpeggios!!

Bezo responds:

Make no mistake, I didn't do it by memory, but I did do it by listening. ;) As for making a career out of it, that is my plan. :D

not good but really not bad

I can tell that your just working yourself through the everlasting maze of electronic music so i'll take it easy on yah. First off, i liked a few of the harmonies (sounded almost punk rockish .power chords.) but anyway, you want to stick with a more steady beat to unify all those crazy things you kept popping in. also, just a little bit of tweaking to all the instruments will make a big difference in how the song changes to your own personal style. right now your just using the FL presets and it hurts to hear that. but it means that your experimenting and looking all around. just take all those different melodies and try and make them similar, (similar notes and pattern)just the fact that they are different instruments will set them apart. overall, this is a start and i hope that you will keep on experimenting. rock on dude!

OH awesome!!!

the sound effects in the beginning earn it a 10 for diversity alone. the super saw basses were awesome, and as soon at they filtered i got pumped! and the creepy white sounds in the backround were perfect. the high portamento was a little too big of a sweep for me. but seriously, when those strings popped in i knew this was a solid track, very wonderful and i was craving more as soon as it ended! wonderful work, you put alot of effort and thinking into this one.

good beat, music lacking

hmmm, that metallic sounding main synth was a tad bit annoying, but i got used to it as the rest of the song fed off it. as soon as the cool sounding snare popped in i picked up interest. but overall, this song is a bit repetive. the main beat was badass! really cool feel. just wish the melody was as diverse as the beat. keep it up!

beautiful

oooh, lovely soft beginning, left me begging for more beauty in the world. the dragging jangly beat afterwords was sublimely perfect. oh god, the synth filtering around came in at just the right time. I like how this song doesn't try to rush at all to get from one place to the next and is just content being itself.definitely sexy voice as the arpeggiator slides it's way in and then the song grows with a soft overly filtered passion, and then BAM! it's a dance track!! oh god this wonderful! so good dude! i wish this had been number one! it deserves all the credit for a well planned well maneuvered sensual soundscape.encore-

Brineshrimp responds:

wow... i mean.. oh .. jeez... WOW :-) thanks man

I make music that pops and clicks in your eardrums and in your synapses. listen to my beats and you'll breathe with me.
