craziness

this song is all over the place. if i was really stoned, i would be constantly changing everything and taking forever to decide. nothing like THIS would have ever come out. It's nuts!! oh wait there it it goes, now it changed. hahah, well it's quite an interesting sound. almost choatic but just on the verge of sanity. very cool.

DJRunaway responds:

Seems like I succeeded :P Stonedness all around :) It is supposed to be chaotic, I made it with my stereo out, cause the sound really scared me. :) On the verge of sanity eh... :) That's me :) Thanks for the review man!

ow

this sounds like you worked at making it terrible. so i think you'll be pleased to hear me say:

"ow"

Jahvey responds:

YES INDEEEEEEE!D!!!!!! check my other stuff....its better lol

oddly familiar

That piano sounded like the begining of Mike Olfields "Tubular Bells" and then it sounded like "Children" by Robert Miles. And these are all great pianists. And i can't beleive all the shit your getting for it not being a "dance" song. I think everyone has this preset idea in their heads on what a music genre is supposed to sound like. I mean some of your stuff is obviously dance like "your love" but i think you are a great pianist and should keep working with that talent. nice song.

Darkvampiire responds:

thanks man, its great that my work looks like the great Mike O. or Bob Miles, actually I was inspired to make a children remix, but at the end I came up with this tune and like it. I'm glad u like it and thanks for the great pianist I'll try to be better thanks a lot dude!

hahah, i liked it

Very cool sound overall on this. i think you blew your microphone, hahah. and when you fucked up that was funny. But you totally could have worked it because this riff was full of dark yet uplifting chords. cool

TheBestFighter responds:

!I'm glad you thought this was amusing!
!Thanks for your review!

ooh! me likes!

First off, let me say i love arpeggios and you my friend certainly had some of those in this song. This had a very nice combination of sounds, with the buzzy panning arpeggiator. then the full whopping bass. But man, this song was all over the place and that's what kept it moving and not boring, transistions between the different elements would be appreciated though. OH! you had a cool beat come in and i was really getting into it and then you dropped it, and then back but no other percussion than the kick (that i could hear) next time work on a more solid beat that will keep this song organized and unified. loved it man. keep on working it

johnfn responds:

Thanks a ton for the review. Especially hearing reviews from you (You rock the techno section, man) makes me feel happier. The beat is one thing I seem to get messed up on. Next submission I enter (after The Different) I'll try a little harder on the beat and see what I can do. Additionally, transitions, thats interesting, hasn't been said before but I think I can do that.

Thanks for the review again, its good to see that you take the time to check out other people's audio.

Thanks again.

crazy sounds!!!

whoa. what an amazing array of sounds. this song is crazy dude. Did you make all the the sounds or were they pre-made song riffs? because they sound really cool, but their styles aren't really blending. maybe stick with a similar theme with the riffs, like that badass bassline in the begining. that's cool and totally would work with a drum and bass song!

cyrus3335 responds:

yea i know i make some of them, and some are premade, and they arent from other songs. they were meant to to be used as your own personal thingy or w/e, and yea i know they dont blend, actually thats the deal with all of my audios, but once im dont with my second set of stuff im gonna make it all blend and have to same type for each synth

ow....hahahah

wow man, that guitar is fucking awful. but the creepy voice is totally cool. but man, that beat is weak and NOT industrial. So basically, when the guitar went away and the beat went away, the song got way cool. the voice and the wah mixed with the ambient bass thing, THAT was industrial and crazy sounding. keep at it man!

Nolenisyourgod1 responds:

Thanks man. I'm always trying to do shit no one else is doing. Like making shitty music :-D. I actually made this a while ago. and i realize that the guitar is a bit of a nuisance, but its really hard to change the past if your already years in the future already.

ummm, mixed feelings

i REALLY liked the spacy and smooth stuff in this mixed with the light bloops and bleep sounds. but MAN, when those fucking brash and dirty riff started i turned down my speakers and was like...agggh. not very ear-friendly. but then it when back to the stuff i like, the sweepy, sweet and catchy stuff. stick with that man and you'll be much better sounding. maybe add a dance beat and resubmit it minus the brash stuff. it'd be great!

duksey424 responds:

HAHA yesssss, i noticed the very same not much rythm. But i sorta revised it but that brash stuff is still in there but the rythm is still a little betetr. Anywho it still is not NEARLY my best work. But i see how you think the middle doesnt connect. I will try to touch it up. Thanks for the pointers guy.

very interesting

when i saw "country" genre on the portal i had to click it. Now this song sounds like a combination of a bunch of loops. which i guess makes sense. the quality of sound is incredible and crisp. I give you a ten on diversity just for posting something this diverse than the usual stuff. however, points off because it IS just a bunch of samples put together, very nice samples though.

Iamtheclock responds:

thanks

Badass dude

I LOVED that swoop!! right into it, and the 8-bit sounds!! i love that shit. you hit my g-spot with this one. I just wish it was longer. Nice work with combining a badass feel with a almost playful 'tude. wheeee

Halfhouse responds:

yea man im glad you liked it, maybe i could make it longer... anyways, thanks for the review man!

I make music that pops and clicks in your eardrums and in your synapses. listen to my beats and you'll breathe with me.
